Please Read the following:Here at Jacobs Brook, we believe your total camping experience starts at the time you make a reservation with us.Because of this, it is important to us that you read and understand our reservation and cancellation policies prior to making a reservation. Below is a brief listing of our cancellation policies. Please refer to our reservations policies page for those details.
All Holiday Week Cancellations : Minimum 14 Days NoticeWe require a full 14 days notice prior to arrival date, for any and all cancellations of holiday reservations. There is a 3 night minimum stay for all holiday weeks.If you cancel 14 days or more, prior to your arrival date, your account will not be charged.
Any cancellations and no shows under the 14days notice will result in full charges for the reservations.
Holidays weeks are for the Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day holidays. (ie. if a 3 night campsite is reserved, you will be charged for three nights)
Standard Non Holiday Week Cancellation Policies: 7 Days Notice Minimum.
We require a full 7 days notice, prior to arrival date, for any and all non-holiday reservation cancellations.
If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, your account will not be charged.
Example: Your arrival date is Friday the 10th, you must contact us by 8pm Thursday the 2nd.
Any cancellations (non-Holiday) under the full 7 days notice will be charged a minimum of one night site rental for each site reserved.
Example: If you cancel 3 days before arrival and had 2 nights reserved, you will be charged a one night fee.
Cancellations under 7 days notice will be charged a one night charge for each site reserved.
Example: If 2 nights are reserved for one site, your credit card will be charged the one full night charge.
